Rebuilt the Mulching / East Coast Mulch Corp. ETA acquisition model with a deal-specific `build_model.py`. The prior builder imported the ETA sample-model harness and was replaced. The new builder writes the workbook directly from Mulching P&L source extracts, visible assumptions, direct formulas, DSCR engine output, and workbook audit scans.
